Non-colorers prefer color-by-number books to any other variety of ordinary coloring book, according to my extensive scientific research.

Free Spring Wreath
I was thinking about a spring wreath for our front door this morning.
Then I realized that I could make one out of things I already had on hand -
An old bag of flowers my mom gave me and a Christmas wreath.
It's the same wreath I stuck waxed leaves in for Fall, and it graced our front door in its natural state for Christmas.

Almost Spring
Yesterday the boys and I took a walk to our nearest park.
The boys have a thing right now where they love to wear their p.j.s under their clothes every day for extra warmth. You can see Caleb's peeking out of his pants.
One cool thing about this little creek is that there are 'bubbling geysers,' as Josiah has dubbed them.
They are these little places in the sand where water bubbles up continuously.
On this day, Josiah discovered that if you put a pebble on one, it disappears.
Then he tried it with a big rock.
It disappeared immediately, too!
Thankfully, Josiah only disappeared up to his ankles.
Here is Caleb being a danger mouse.
He only fell in big time right at the end, poor boy.
He's wearing his Sweet Pea hat made by his Grandma Corkie.
Love this tree!
Love this little park!
Love my little boys!!!

Sneaky Snacky
So you may remember that the boys' room has been officially dubbed 'The Sneaky, Snacky Squirrel Room."
Today I added some Sneaky Snacky letters above the boys' bed.
They make Caleb and Bongo want to take a little jump.

Snow Day!
It was snowing when we woke up this morning!
That doesn't happen around here particularly often, so I let the boys run out to play for a few minutes in their p.j.s before breakfast.
Snowball.
Snowball fight!
Happy Snow Day, folks!

Scientist
Tonight as I was laying in bed with the boys, Josiah hugged my face and said, "You're the sweetest, Momma. I love God the most, but I love you, too."
Then he tried to go to sleep with his goggles on his face, but ended up just sleeping with them in his arms.
He laid out his new career plans for me as he was drifting off.
He will be a scientist who studies volcanoes - but he won't actually go down into them.
And he will tell the other scientists about Jesus.
He tried to sneak his goggles into Sunday School this morning, smuggling them in in his coat.
Didn't work out too well for him.
