Happy Halloween!

Last night we had a fun Craft Night Halloween Party.

 Chris made a fun plane for Caleb.

 I made Josiah's Lego astronaut man costume.

 Jennifer and Joel made Lydia into a great "Very Hungry Caterpillar" butterfly.

 Eleonora was a fluffy little bird.

We had a family theme of 'Things that Fly.'

 Eleonora made personal history by doing the most scooting of her life.

 Maybe she was trying to keep up with her buddy.

Library Pumpkins

Every year our library has Pumpkin Day.

Kids can come in, pick a pumpkin, and decorate it.

 Jennifer, Amanda, and I took our younger kids first thing in the morning.

 They had tables full of decorating supplies, and we had a fabulous time!

 They reserve half the pumpkins 'til 3 o'clock for school kids, 

so as soon as I picked Josiah up we headed over.

 And made a mummy together.

Boys' Perspective

When I got a new camera a couple of years ago, the boys took over my old one.

It never took great pictures in the first place, but they have fun times with it.

8 Months

 Eleonora is as delightful as ever.

 The Craft Night girls are going to a play tonight.

Last time we went to a play together, the stage caught on fire a little.

Josiah went a whole day without fussing yesterday!
