Day Camp 1
In Which Josiah becomes a real live camper and Caleb wears a bib.
Josiah became a camper for the first time ever this summer.
He has been waiting and waiting to turn six for this very reason, and he was so excited.
Please also note our flourishing vegetable garden that just happens to be right behind those two handsome fellows.
For Day Camps, Eleonora continued to be her happy self, peaceful and content, as my craft helper.
Above you will see our traditional morning flag raising.
My own dear Pops is leading the festivities, to the left of the flag pole, in the distance.
That's Josiah in the middle, close at hand.
Here are the boys about to let loose with some vigorous 'Windmills.'
Now you may be asking yourself why Caleb is wearing a bib.
I'll tell you...I don't know!
(Said in my best Tevya [from Fiddler on the Roof] voice.)
One of Josiah's favorite activities was catching crawdads and water-striders.
He had a fantastic time and decided to be a camper again the next week.
