Craft Night Christmas Party 2015

Each year we have a Craft Night Christmas party where we all exchange handmade gifts amongst ourselves.  This must have been our fourth year, and certainly the best ever.

 For my gift, I embroidered tea towels.

 I found these great vintage patterns at Moms4Moms over a year ago, and I've just been waiting for an opportunity to use them.  

 I've been stitching for weeks and having the best time.

 So there were nine of us participating this year.

 The food was beautiful and delicious.

 Amanda made cute pine cone ornaments and these great colored pencil holders out of birch logs.

 Heather made beautiful glittery white snowflake wreaths.

 My mom embellished yummy smelling candles and made intricate paper cards.

 Ashley stenciled these sweet bags for everyone.

 Rachel made elegant ornaments filled with curled Christmas music inside.

 Cathy made cool Christmas card house boxes and ice skate ornaments.

 Joanna canned applesauce and crocheted fun ear-warmers.

 Jenny outdid herself and made each person SIX holiday buntings.

 Tea towels!

 We also sang carols, played Christmas Pictionary, the Bowl Game, and Pass-it Pictionary.

One of our Crafty friends moved to Abu Dhabi, so we recorded a Happy Birthday message for her, while wearing our new headbands, of course.

Here we are last night in 2015.

 Here we were back in 2014, which reminds me that another one of our number moved to South Korea this year.
We are a very global group, apparently.
